Part-Time to Full-Time Transfer Information

Congratulations on your transfer to a Regular Full-Time position! Shortly after you accept your new position, you will receive an email from a Human Resources representative which will include your transfer letter and details related to your transfer. 

Prior to your transfer date, you are required to do the following:

  1. Read all of the information on this page
  2. Submit a signed copy of your new contract to Human Resources or hrforms@bchsys.org 
  3. Submit your completed Green Shield benefit enrollment or change form
  4. Submit your completed Desjardins Life Insurance application for enrollment

Approximately five (5) days following your transfer date, your updated employee information is available upon request. This information includes your new seniority date and vacation entitlement. You can request that information here
